Reservation, Refund & Payment Policies

How reservations, payments, and refunds work across the district.

Reservations

Cabins may be reserved by phone at 1-800-748-9403 or online where available. Campsites are reserved online per park; some loops are first-come, first-served. RoverPass processes online bookings on behalf of the district.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are accepted. Applicable taxes are included in posted rates.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of booking and vary by reservation type.
RV monthly rentals are non-refundable for early departure.
No cabin refunds are issued when an attraction (such as Flint Creek’s Watertown USA) is closed.
Weather-related closures are handled in accordance with the district's posted policy.
