    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative
    Support Assistant III to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a
    Mississippi State Personnel Board (MSPB) PIN position offering a comprehensive benefits

    The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting reservations management,
    procurement activities, and payroll processing while providing exceptional administrative
    support.
    Primary Responsibilities
    Reservations (50%)
     Manage and process reservations, bookings, and scheduling activities.
     Serve as the primary point of contact for reservation inquiries.
     Maintain accurate reservation records and databases.
     Communicate reservation details and changes to customers and staff.
     Prepare reports and reconcile reservation information as needed.
    Procurement (30%)
     Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
     Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and monitor deliveries.
     Maintain procurement records and documentation.
     Assist with inventory tracking and supply management.
     Ensure compliance with agency and state purchasing procedures.
    Payroll (20%)
     Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping functions.
     Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
     Maintain confidential payroll records.
     Coordinate with supervisors and employees regarding payroll matters.

     Support payroll reporting and documentation requirements.
    Minimum Qualifications
     High school diploma or equivalent.
     Two (2) to four (4) years of administrative support experience or related work experience.
     Strong organizational and time-management skills.
     Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
     Excellent customer service and communication skills.
     Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
     Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    Preferred Qualifications
     Experience with reservation or scheduling systems.
     Experience in procurement and purchasing functions.
     Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
     Familiarity with state government policies and procedures.

    Position Summary
    The Pat Harrison Waterway District (PHWD) is accepting applications for a
    Maintenance/Grounds Team Lead in a supervisory-level position to perform skilled and semi-
    skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of District facilities, buildings, grounds, and
    related infrastructure. This position requires the operation of tools and equipment, performance
    of physical labor, and work under varying weather conditions.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
     Performs maintenance and repair of buildings, park facilities, and grounds.
     Performs skilled and semi-skilled work in construction, plumbing, and electrical
    maintenance consistent with applicable codes and safety standards.
     Operates hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment in a safe and effective
    manner.
     Conducts routine inspections of facilities and reports maintenance or safety issues.
     Assists with groundskeeping, landscaping, and general facility upkeep.
     Follows established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
     Performs related duties as assigned.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
     Knowledge of general maintenance and repair methods and procedures.

     Work is performed outdoors and may involve exposure to heat, cold, inclement weather,
    noise, and machinery.
