Lake Catch-a-Lot
*Note Lake Catch-a-Lot is a separate catfish pond.
**Note: Access behind the cabins for fishing at the catfish pond (Lake-Catch-a-lot) is restricted to cabin guest only.

Lake Catch-A-Lot is provided for the exclusive use of our camping and cabin guests. It is stocked with farm fed channel catfish that start about 1 pound. A pond fee of $3.00 per person per day is required in order to fish in Lake Catch-A-Lot. An additional $3.00 per catfish is charged for each catfish caught that must be paid daily at the park office. This charge is minimal and is used for restocking purposes only

Violators who knowingly fish without paying the pond fee or do no pay for catfish caught will be evicted from the park premises. We hope you enjoy your visit here at Little Black Creek Water Park and should you choose to fish, we wish you luck.

In order for our rangers to know who had paid to fish in Lake Catch-A-Lot, a flag will be given with each paid pond fee. We require a different color flag will be given with each paid pond fee. We require a different color flag for each day that you fish in the catfish pond. The flag should be clearly visible by each person who is fishing and should be kept by you as you fish. The Park Rangers will make regular flag checks to see that your flags are posted next to you and to check for fish limit compliance.

Limit 5 Catfish per person per day.

Fishing is not allowed at Lake Catch-A-Lot from 9pm to 6am.

Unless you are occupying cabins 4H, 5 or 6A you will not be allowed to fish the cabin side for the lake due to the easement and privacy that comes with renting the cabins.

For children under the age of 8, a pond fee of $1.50 per child per day is required in order to fish Lake Catch-A-Lot. Children under the age of 8 require a parent’s supervision.

These pictures are taken of the Catfish Pond and the Lake.  Both are great places to catch fish.
